Oregon Legislature extends deadline for tenants to pay back rent debt. Tenants who owe rent will have until Feb. 28 of next year to repay their debt to landlords. The bill also prohibits landlords from discriminating against potential tenants who were evicted during the COVID-19 pandemic.
