Founded in 1993 as the Portland branch of Nadeau & Lodge, Inc., Nadeau Land Surveys is proud of its strong reputation of quality service while providing a diversified range of professional land surveying, GPS mapping, and floodplain services. Our services include multi-phased subdivisions, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, flood zone determinations, floodplain guidance & education
, feasibility studies, high accuracy global positioning systems (GPS) location, underground utility location, expert witness testimony, construction layout, and mortgage loan inspections. Our licensed staff consists of three State of Maine licensed Professional Land Surveyors ( #2124, #2370, and #2446) with a combined total of over 85 years of survey experience. Our Mission:
