Fall Trends are back!

Instead of pumpkins, infuse copper elements. Think gingham in gray, burnt orange, and mossy tones. Look for lighting at the antique store, and grab all those baskets for coy blankets of all different fabrics and textures!

This summer has been a bustling one for buyers in their search for second homes. Some buyers are detaching from their vision for oceanfront property and trading it in for a lake view.

Not only do the majority of lake front properties offer more privacy and less restrictions, than oceanfront, they are often priced attractively. The median cost in Maine landing at $430,000.

We've seen in uptick in searches for properties located on Maranacook Lake, Androscoggin Lake, Upper and Lower Narrows, and Lake Cob!
