Yesterday, our 2025 Women's Council of Realtors President and the 2026 President represented us during the legislative meeting. During this meeting, Governor Kotek signed bills that were passed this last legislative session.

These aren’t just policies, they’re steps toward making housing more accessible, attainable, and fair for everyone❤️🏡❤️

Leaders are made here at Women's Council 🙌 Our leaders continue to show up in our industry and communities with passion, knowledge, and a servant heart. They advocates for home ownership throughout our state and nation. 💙💛💙

Bills that were signed:
HB 4082 – Creating more space for affordable and senior housing
• HB 4035 – Helping cities expand land to build more homes
• HB 4036 – Protecting and preserving existing affordable housing
• HB 4037 – Making it easier to fund new housing projects
• HB 4128 – Giving everyday buyers a fair shot before large investors
• HB 1567 – (confirming final details, but part of the broader push toward housing solutions)
