📍 Hood River: ~$845K median — just 54 days on market, down 28% from last year. This market is moving faster than it was a year ago.
📍 Mt Hood/Parkdale: ~$855K median — only 8 homes for sale. Near record-low inventory.
📍 Cascade Locks: ~$424K median — best value in the corridor, ~66 days on market.
Hood River's tightening days on market is the big story. Parkdale is essentially a seller's market by inventory alone. And Cascade Locks continues to offer serious value for buyers who want Gorge access at a price that makes sense.
