Last week there was a lot of conversation around whether it made sense to list homes over a holiday weekend — would buyers be around, should open houses still happen, is it better to wait?

For our clients, the focus stayed the same: creating the best possible opportunity for their homes to stand out and connect with motivated buyers. By the end of the weekend, four properties were already under contract. 💥

A good reminder for sellers: buyers don’t necessarily disappear on holiday weekends. In many cases, less competition can actually work in a seller’s favor, especially when a home is well prepared, well marketed, and priced strategically.

Every market is different, but thoughtful planning, consistency, and staying focused on client goals always matter. ✨
