This one was truly a team effort. There was a lot of work to do to get the home ready for market, and Rick and his brother Karl were fantastic teammates throughout the process. They rolled up their sleeves, tackled the cleanup, and worked alongside us every step of the way.

We generated a lot of interest right away, but when the first week didn’t bring the offers we were looking for, we had a conversation about a strategic price adjustment. Rick was completely on board with the plan, and that teamwork paid off—we received multiple offers and successfully sold the home!
