Cheryl Richardson Realtor I have been a resident of Oregon most of my life, and I love the scenery and culture of the Northwest.

The whole process of real estate, especially working with clients and leading them through the process of home buying, proves to be an exciting experience and a gratifying career. I have been a realtor for nearly 13 years now and have enjoyed every moment of it. I take a hands on approach to real estate and pride myself in my goal orientation, ability to see the big picture, and capacity to evaluate a situation in order to achieve substantial results. I take a hands on approach with my clients as well, after all I get the privilege of helping them find the home of their dreams. In my free time I love to hike and travel the world with my husband. Additionally, I enjoy spending time with my daughter when she is home from school - Go Beavs! Outside of my family activities, I regularly volunteer at my church as a bible study leader and am an active member of the Sandy FFA Alumni Association, as well as Sandy Kiwanis. In the free time that I have left after family, volunteering, and real estate I like to keep in touch with my creative side by quilting, gardening, and I love to read.
