The agent who told you the truth about pricing your home....

But you decided to hire another agent because they told you a higher price, but now that home has not sold.

Even if I know that I am up against another agent, I'm pricing with data, not just to get the listing. Data is truth and that's how I run my business and what I want to be known for.
