Property management company serving customers with excellence seeking a talented individual to perform maintenance on rental homes & apartment communities.
Can you get into attics & crawlspaces? Can you nose around under sinks and tight spaces looking for potential problems, and fix them? Are you detail oriented? I think this job may be a great fit!
Duties and Responsibilities include responding to repair requests, evaluating units for preventive maintenance issues, evaluating units after tenants move-out, re-keying & and other maintenance duties typical of maintaining a rental home. They will participate in an on-call pager rotation.
Requirements: Knowledge of general maintenance, electrical & plumbing standards, ability to communicate professionally both written and oral. Gotta be a team player, willing to work independently with an eye for detail. Must provide own hand tools. Valid Driver's License, be insurable.
