This morning our pastor read from the book of Luke. The passage Luke 5:10 spoke to my heart. Today’s message was, what is our purpose. Do we identify our purpose in our profession, our responsibilities, or striving for a better life? Jesus called that day for them to stop fishing for fish and instead fish for people. I thank god for my profession and the people I am able to serve in my community. I am thankful to work with the Homes for Heroes program and to help those who serve and served our country and community in their homeownership goals. While I do still enjoy fishing for fish, I will fish for people and serve my community. I thank God for my friends, family and the life he has given me and that through His grace I get to do what I love every day. He has risen ❤️
