And on the last day of 2025, I sold a condo! Not itself huge news, but this one comes with a 💜 story.

It belonged to Sister Catherine who lived there for years. And then she gifted the condo to Cultivate Initiatives.

Cultivate Initiatives was founded by a client of mine and fellow Montanan, Caleb Coder! The organization seeks to empower marginalized communities, especially those experiencing homelessness through workforce development, supportive housing, safe sheltering, with a focus on building stability and opportunities within the community. A “hand up” instead of a hand out.

When I first met with the organization, I assumed this would be a typical estate listing..sold as is. Not so…the workforce team chipped in and gave the condo a complete refresh! The workforce team were nothing short of amazing! We did pre-inspections and the guys worked their way through my list.
They worked super hard, listened to all of my weird realtor lady requests, and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was perfect! By the time they were finished, it was truly move-in ready and ready for the next owner.

Since Covid, condos have been in kind of a slump. But after a weekend of open houses, the most lovely first time homeowners found their new home.

And today on the last day of 2025, on New Year’s Eve… the condo just closed and the homeowners have the keys to their new home. Thank you sister Catherine.
