I appreciate it so much when people tell me up front that they are already being represented by another agent! The first question on my sign in sheet is "Do you have an agent?" to make sure I don't accidentally step on another agent's toes. Common Courtesy for our fellow agents is key to success!!

Fun Facts for a Chilly Monday! Because Spring WILL come eventually! It can't stay 25 forever!

I planted over 60 bulbs in my own yard this past fall and am anxiously awaiting for them to come up. I've worked hard on learning about gardening after inheriting a beautiful one from our prior owner! Do you have tulips? I'd love to see pics!!
