It is with much sorrow that I let you know that our beloved Lady Grey is no longer with us. I had the privilege of working with this silly cat for the last seven years. She was very much like one of my own pets at home. Anyone coming into our leasing office could tell you that she was a one of a kind cat. She enjoyed getting pets from residents and anyone who came in to visit. She loved throwing around rubber bands and paper clips and became very upset when she didn’t have her favorite wet food on hand. Despite her hair balls and cleaning her litter box, she made working in the leasing office a very special place and it will not be the same without her. Rest in peace, Lady.

This Labor Day holiday we are offering $600 off the second the month of rent on a couple of available apartments. First we have unit 407 at the Biltmore apartments. This fourth studio sits at 572 square feet looking north towards Couch Park. The second is unit 107 at the Regent apartments. Unfortunately cooling centers do not appear to be open but there are many public spaces from libraries to parks that are open where you can take advantage of some extra tree coverage and stay cool.
