It’s true, buyers might only take seconds to decide if your house is good enough for them, so not only does curb appeal matter but so does your walkway, front door and entry. Make those spaces count and keep them clean, updated and safe! Add lighting outside, if needed, keep the walkways clear of leaves, spiderwebs, weeds and consider painting the door and entry.

It’s hot and we should all be sitting at the beach today, but ya know work just gets in our way sometimes. Just because we work like a dog doesn’t mean we need to cool down like them too.
