Lynn has worked side by side with her father, developer George Marshall, by marketing and selling those diverse homes throughout the Portland metropolitan area. Not only was Lynn “forged” in the real estate world while growing up, she also faced trial by fire immediately upon graduating from the University of Oregon when she provided critical aid to her father in the development of the Charbonneau community in the mid-eighties. Unfavorable economic conditions at the time, with interest rates as high as 19%, provided an incredible challenge for Lynn. The negotiating and creative problem solving skills she picked up from that initial experience created a solution focused broker, and launched her into an extremely productive career. Lynn has now been serving her clients for decades, and during that time she’s sold hundreds of homes. She’s primarily built her network by referral; the hardest-earned compliment a broker can receive. However, she’s also capitalized on keen digital marketing techniques since its advent. Her long history in new construction distinguishes Lynn. She is able to advise her clients on costs associated with all the financial decisions made throughout the entirety of a real estate transaction.
