It's a weird time to be celebrating anything, but I'm committed to making space for joy where I can in this crazy world. hosted our State of the Union party recently, and I learned that I was the top contributor to our Loving Room charitable fund in 2025, which feels like a huge win: I'm proud to put my money where my mouth is and do what I can to make Portland great. I also learned that my goofball teammates (who are also certified badasses) were the top team at Living Room in 2025- while I don't give a rat's ass about the numbers, I do love that we have touched so many lives in a positive way. Folks, I'm as shocked as you are: a SECOND perfect condo exists and I just listed it. 😍 It's got all the must-haves-but-hard-to-finds, like in-unit laundry and it's own parking space, plus it's own private deck (the only one in the whole complex)! It's also tucked onto a quiet street but just a block and a half from Clinton and Division with sooooo many great things to do. Go check it out at the open house this weekend and then scarf some Aebleskiver , would you? It's the best way to spend a Sunday!
