Building Three at Stevens Square at Baxter Woods is coming along beautifully! We look forward to welcoming new neighbors and sharing all that makes Stevens Square at Baxter Woods such a special place to call home.

Level 5 paneling is going in at Stevens Square!

We're framing with prefab wall panels, built square and true off-site, then set in place by the crew up top. This process keeps a job moving: tighter tolerances, less weather exposure while the structure goes up, and a faster, safer sequence in the field.

With the top floor going up, the roof is next. More updates to come.

Sundays on the Boulevard is back! Starting Sunday, May 3, Baxter Boulevard will be closed to car traffic on Sundays only, from 9AM to 4PM, and OPEN for walkers, bikers, pedestrians, and play! 🤸

This year Sundays on the Boulevard runs through Sunday, September 27, 2026.⁠

Street Details:
Baxter Boulevard from Vannah Ave. to Catafalque Drive (Payson Park east entrance), and the Payson Park west entrance road from the tip of the grass triangle to Baxter Boulevard shall be closed to traffic from 9 AM to 4 PM every Sunday.
