Many people don't realize that location is one of the most important factors that determine success in real estate investing. There could be a gigantic, high-quality, newly built house in a low-demand neighborhood or a mediocre, modest house in a high-demand neighborhood with good amenities, good schools, and good jobs. The latter will almost always attract more buyers. The real estate mantra is: location, location, location.
