This 1971 two-story had so much charm and character, my buyers knew it was the one.
Multiple offers, and we’re making it theirs!
But as we always say, health and safety are #1.

The inspection brought a few items to light, so we went back to the negotiating table.

Some days just remind me why I love what I do. ☀️✨

Beautiful sunshine, an amazing photoshoot in the Pearl, and a whole lot of gratitude for this journey.

I’ve always been a doer, not a delegator. I’m in the details, I show up, and I care deeply about helping people make big moves with confidence.

I believe in trusting the timing of life. Your heart can take you as far as your eye can see when you follow what feels right.

This work has never been just about houses.

It’s about the art of transition; the quiet, meaningful moments when people are stepping into a new season of life. It’s about being entrusted with dreams, decisions, memories, and the emotions that come with finding a place that truly feels like home.

I once thought I would become a psychologist… and perhaps, in a different way, I did. This profession has allowed me to listen deeply, understand what matters most, and guide people through some of life’s most significant transitions - with care, patience, and intention.

A home is never simply a property. It is where stories unfold, where families gather, where new chapters begin. To be invited into that process is both an honor and a responsibility I hold with deep gratitude.

There are moments in this work that feel beautifully orchestrated. When timing, place, and people align in a way that feels greater than ourselves. And there are moments that call for something just as powerful: presence, discernment, balance, and a steady hand.
