Lakeshore Dr, Grosse Point Farms, Michigan. The home was commissioned in 1892 by Successful businessman industrialist and real estate speculator Joseph Berry for his daughter Charlotte and her new her new husband Henry Sherrard.
Sherrard was a respected teacher who would go on to establish the Detroit University School (now University of Liggett) at the beginning of the 20th century. The home is one of the last Victorian era homes on Lakeshore.
