PENDING! 🎉

My client is a past client and former realtor herself, so when she trusted me again to help her find her next home, I didn't take that lightly. She's downsizing to a single story to be closer to her daughter's family, and we spent weeks searching the Orenco Station area for that walkability she loved.

Then this newer construction Lennar home came up, a little outside her ideal area, and it took her breath away. High ceilings, a huge island, beautiful light flooring, and an open concept that just works for this next chapter.

Moral of the story: sometimes the house that wasn't even on the list is the one. I'm here for when plans change and we pivot.

Some homes are a starting point. This one is a destination.

Eva and Sam spent two years searching for the right house. Alma went from newborn to walking in that time. We saw a lot of good homes along the way, but none of them were this one, so we kept going. Patience is its own kind of strategy.

This week they closed in Grant Park. Alma will learn to ride a bike on this street, have birthdays in the backyard and many holidays around the fireplace.

I brought Nisma and Maya along to deliver the keys. They met Alma and the three of them immediately took off exploring the house together, which is about the best possible way to break in a home.
