Not every successful sale happens in the first weekend.

This one took a little more patience—and a lot of attention along the way. We stayed focused on presentation, positioning, marketing and buyer feedback, making thoughtful adjustments without losing sight of the value of the home.

And in the end? Sold at full price.

So happy to see this one officially closed, and grateful to Jim & Nancy for trusting me with their home.
