The similarities in the markets between Portland and Boise is a bit surprising. The list price and price per sq. ft. are both higher in Boise while Portland's market spends more time on market, has higher rents and has a higher percentage of home prices reduced. The market appears to be stronger for sellers in Boise showing a slight increase in the past month or so.
