Spring Cleaning
As we are wrapping up spring and getting ready for summer, it would be a great time to clean up your patios. We would like to remind you of the items that are allowed on your patio: flowers/plants, bicycles, tricycles, strollers, hand-pushed child vehicles, small 1lb canister propane BBQ’s and patio furniture.
Items that are prohibited (but are not limited to): Sunshades, tarps, fencing/ trellises, and carpeting/rugs.

Help us keep recyclable materials out of the trash by sorting your plastics, cardboard, and glass into the appropriate recycling containers. Recycling helps conserve natural resources, saves energy and reduces landfill waste. Thank you for your assistance with this important step!

Staff Changes
Please congratulate our leasing consultant, Jennifer Basel, on being promoted to Assistant Manager of our Crown Court location. She will be leaving us before the end of this month. We will miss her.
We also are now a training property, so you may see a few different leasing consultant trainees strolling in and out.
