Huge congratulations to Tanner DuBois on his promotion to Senior Acquisition Associate!
He’s the type of person every strong team needs. Gritty, coachable, consistent, and always willing to help others win. After earning his spot on our Top Gun trip twice, he’s now stepping up to train 3 agents at a time and embodying our philosophy that we never pull the ladder up behind us. Tanner is not one to get offended by accountability or constructive criticism; he embraces it and grows from it. In a culture built on challenge, growth, and thick skin, T-Diesel continues to set the standard!
