After years of hard work and collaboration, Pahlisch Homes Inc.'s Mike Morse and Melvin Mark brokers Don Drake (not pictured) and Tim Parker celebrated the grand opening of Collina, a 70-acre community in Springbrook, OR.

Collina is the first phase of a 270-acre residential project. The project is part of the larger Springbrook Master Plan, a vision by A-dec Inc. founders Ken and Joan Austin that aims to “revive the spirit of the historical Springbrook community."
