The Assistant Leasing Manager represents Habitate, LLC to renters and owners and is responsible for making sure Habitate, LLC stays in compliance with the City of Portland’s leasing rules. They will be working daily with the public and clients. As the Asst. Leasing Manager will be instrumental in creating listings (on Habitate, LLC website, and other Real Estate websites) and video tours, taking photos, giving regular property tours, answering property questions, move-in paperwork, etc.
As well as jumping over to our Reservation line and answering short-term renter’s Airbnb traveler questions, and bookings. They will be acting as our communications conduit to ensure everything is going well with tenants and guests, owners, and properties. They will also be helping with (in conjunction with the Acting Chief of Command) Habitate, LLC’s & Gone West PDX’s
We anticipate shifts to be primarily between the hours of 10 AM-4 PM, and each day is about 5 hours in duration. Thursday- Monday. The Asst. The Leasing Manager will, to a certain extent, need to set their own schedule depending on tour times as potential timing for access to spaces to meet with potential renters, owners, or with our maintenance crew. Modifications to this schedule might be needed for special projects, emergencies, and to cover illness/vacation. The rate for this position is $19 an Hour.
Plus $45 a month phone credit. We do have sick time.
Responsibilities include: providing excellent customer service and communication to owners, customers, guests, and renters. Working closely with renters and owners throughout the move-in and move-out process. Leasing process they will be responsible for creating video tours of the property, meeting with possible renters to tour spaces (when safe), and answering inquiry questions in order to help keep spaces rented as much as possible and as fast as possible. Putting together leases and legal paperwork, gathering signatures, and making sure condition reports and photos are shared with renters and owners.
