Seriously… where did last week go?! 😂 It flew by so fast that I completely forgot to share that my buyers are officially UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉

Tomorrow is inspection day, and we're working through all the due diligence that comes with buying a home!

But this one is a little extra special to me. ❤️

I've known this young man since he was a teenager, and now here he is… MARRIED and buying a home with his wife! 🥹 Getting to watch people grow through different stages of life is one thing, but getting to be a small part of such a big milestone is something I'll never take for granted.

And the best part?!

🎄🏡 THEY'RE GOING TO BE HOME FOR CHRISTMAS! 🎄❤️
