I blinked and suddenly we were closing! 💨

I always tell my clients your home could sell in 1 day or 6 months… well April and Andrew officially set a record and sold in HALF a day 😜

That definitely doesn’t mean the process was completely stress free though. The beginning — listing, going under contract, the in between, and closing — all went amazing! The buying agent was awesome to work with too.

Then Tennessee weather decided it needed to rain every single day while they were trying to get a shop built 😅 That’s when things got stressful.

I’m so thankful April and Andrew trusted me to help get their home sold. It’s so rewarding watching God’s plan come together and seeing all the hard work pay off!

It’s almost 10 PM… what have I been doing all afternoon? Getting a property UNDER CONTRACT!!! 🏡✨

Inspection is scheduled, checklist is made, and we’ve got a solid plan in place moving forward.

So excited for my client and thankful to be part of such an important journey. 🖤

It took all of us to handle Steven and his transaction 😂
(Just kidding… kind of 😉)

Honestly, Steven has been one of the funnest clients I’ve had yet. The stories he tells could keep you entertained for hours, and it was truly such an honor for him to trust me with listing his home.

On top of that, Steven and his family trusted me enough to allow another agent, Jorien Rose Spurlock - Jetton Real Estate, to co-list alongside me during this journey, and that meant so much. Walking through this process together was such a rewarding experience. I truly believe training and mentorship are essential to becoming successful in this business. It’s about getting in the grind, learning firsthand, and experiencing real moments — and at Jetton, that’s exactly what we do.

After we closed, we took this picture together, and Steven said, “I wish my wife could have seen that.” ❤️

That moment stuck with me. Real estate is so much more than buying and selling homes. It’s memories, stories, love, and new beginnings.
