Miracles Central Miracles Central is an affordable apartment community, for those with at least 90 days of sobriety.

Miracles Central Apartments is a brand new, affordable apartment community located in NE Portland. In partnership with Central City Concern, we provide an alcohol and drug-free living environment for individuals in recovery with at least 90 days of sobriety. Studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans will be available to households making up to 30, 50, and 60 percent of the area's median family income (MFI).
