Now there are a couple things to talk about. What does that mean for you, as a home buyer? The market has begun to stabilize and is beginning to become in favor of buyers in some major ways.

4️⃣ As a buyer, you no longer have to bring in cash for a possible appraisal gap.
5️⃣ As a buyer, sellers homes are sitting on the market longer and you can now come in at asking price or even below asking.
6️⃣ Sellers are more willing to cover part or all of closing costs, prepaids, and other allowable.
7️⃣ Sellers are more willing to make repairs or give credit in lieu of repairs.
* Each sale is going to look different as every seller & buyer will have different needs.
