We hope you're hungry, because this summer a new butcher + sandwich counter is bringing big flavor to 10 Cotton Street in downtown Portland, ME 🥪🐷

Boulos Partner and Broker Jon Rizzo hunted for 18 months to find just the right space for .wilcox3, who landed on this historic property as the ideal home for his zero-waste, whole animal retail butcher and counter-service concept.

Finding a location that checks every box takes patience, and we loved being part of that search. This one was an in-house operation too, and represented the landlord on the deal.

We can't wait to welcome Chris and his shop to Portland's food scene! 🙌
