Think you should wait for rates to drop? Let’s talk about the “Cost of Waiting.” 📉🏡

It’s the most common phrase we hear right now: “The rates are too high, I’ll wait.”

It sounds logical, but here is the catch: You are waiting for the rate with everybody else.

When rates finally do drop, what happens? Inventory gets snatched up, bidding wars return, and prices shoot up. You might get a lower rate, but you’ll likely pay a higher purchase price.
