The builder spared no expense, with my clients’ background in construction and remodeling their standards were high and the quality craftsmanship coupled with my negotiation skills were the perfect recipe to make for two very elated clients! Two best friends each found a beautiful townhome to call their own and pick their choice neighbor.

The new year brought new rates. Pent up demand as many buyers sat on the sidelines Q4 of 2022 and a drop in interest last January brought buyers back to the market. I brought my clients out to this home because I knew it was exactly what they had been waiting for! They immediately felt it was “the home”. So, I went to work. Multiple offer situation, and we came out victorious!
