Home sales in Maine continue to amaze! From 2019-2020 in the month of October prices are up 24.5% and the number of homes is up 26.8% as well! In Lincoln County prices are up 47.9% in a single year!

Congratulations to Theo Hakizimana Mwamba Theogene and Gady on their purchase of this truly huge 6,000+ square foot home in Lewiston. Check out these before and after pictures! I was so impressed to see the job my client did fixing up this house in S**o that was in need of some love. A year after she bought it she was able to resell it for $100,000+ more than she bought it! You wouldn’t even recognize it was the same home.
