So happy for my Seller that closed on this house today. Aaron lives out of state, purchased this beauty two years ago, hoping to spend a lot of time wandering the trails of Hoyt Arboretum and enjoying coffee overlooking the famous Wildwood Trail. Alas, life kept him away more than he hoped and decided it was time to give up his perch in the forest.
