Why hello there birthday month!!!

Not only does October bring the spooky season with it, it’s also my birthday month (and Amanda Bennett)

It means carving pumpkins, and pumpkin patches and corn mazes and I’ve got you covered.

Another must visit in Vegas - The Princess Diana Exhibit. The replica of her wedding dress was amazing and the small replicas had Amanda Bennett and I wanting to play with Barbies. Thanks Amanda & Christina Morrison for allowing me to be such a giddy little girl. And Mai Anh Lewis we missed you but know you had a good time with your Dad.

This one was a bucket list item for me. I have known about the Neon Museum in Vegas for awhile now and have always wanted to go. So thankful for Mai Anh Lewis Amanda Bennett and Christina Morrison for being up for seeing it and for dealing with me being hot and sweaty and having hip issues while we walked there. You three are the best. If you are ever in Vegas the The Neon Museum Las Vegas is a MUST do.

The past few months have been very emotional.

From the high of getting to hand over the keys to my daughter and son-in-law for their new house to the the low of my kids losing someone extremely important to them, quarter three has had some highs and some lows. It is however ending on a bang (not shown here) with a girls trip that’s much needed.

OK bring on the rest of the ‘bet months and let’s see what they bring…

Fingers crossed lower gas prices right?

Most people think we just throw a sign in the yard and walk away.

Hah, I wish it was that easy.

Marketing your home starts when I walk in the door.
I’m thinking about things like is this home for the buyer that needs to get to 26 quickly in the morning?
Is this home for that person looking to give their apartment dog a yard?
Is this home for the person who’s looking to age in place?
