Low inventory and strong demand continue to drive the housing market in Cumberland County.  The average single family home price rose 5.3% in February to $514,303.  With less than a 1 month supply of inventory, the median days on market remained unchanged at 6 days, but the list price to sale price ratio increased to 106.3% (a 3.8% increase over last February).
