For this month's plex market report, I decided to do something different! I wanted to look at a few different stats, to find out things like:

⁉️ What percentage of 2-4 plexes have to reduce their prices to get sold? (a HIGH percentage, right...?!)

⁉️ What is the average difference between a LIST price and a SOLD price (a HUGE difference, right...?!)

⁉️ Which type of property--a duplex, triplex or a four plex--was most overpriced and needed the biggest price adjustments to get closed?

The answers surprised me a bit, and they may surprise you too!
