"As first time home buyers my wife and I did not know what to expect, and the process of purchasing a home and moving was overwhelming. I was referred to Svaren Realty by a dear friend, and from our first conversation with Joshua I was beyond impressed. It was a Sunday morning, we spoke briefly on the phone about what we were looking for, and he asked to set up a virtual meeting later that day.
After meeting with us, he called a few hours later from an open house, video chatting while he looked at the property, all within hours of making our acquaintance. He demonstrated a drive and motivation that is what I would expect, however, have rarely seen amongst real estate agents. Svaren Realty tirelessly searched for our perfect house, shared their knowledge of the market in the Portland area, and guided us through the process of buying a home. The attention and care provided to us was exceptional. They were able to meet with contractors, inspectors, etc. and assist us through the entire process. I also failed to mention that we are in the process of relocating our family, so much of the work had to be conducted remotely. I cannot say enough good things about Svaren Realty. If we ever decide to move I can guarantee we will work with this agency Again. Joshua is the best real estate agent we have ever known. He is truly willing to go above and beyond for his clients. At times it felt like he was more excited than we were about finding a dream home!"
