Looking specifically at Southwest Portland, the average sale price sits at $835,876, with inventory tracking closely with the broader metro area at 4.1 months. There are currently 269 homes for sale, and homes are spending an average of 64 days on the market before finding a buyer.

Here's your chance to clear the clutter and put those unused electronics to better use. The IBW Class of 2027 Grad Night Committee is hosting a Fall Electronics Recycling Event to help keep electronics out of landfills while raising funds for Grad Night.

When: Saturday, November 7 | 10 AM – 2 PM
Where: IBW Parking Lot
Cost: $5 per item | $30 per carload

Clean out your closets, garages and junk drawers, load up the car and check one more thing off your fall to-do list.

It's a great day for a s'more and First Friday in !

Join us for a casual fireside gathering of great people, good times and doing good. Whether you love them golden, gourmet, or not at all it's a a fun a low-key way to wrap up the week with cool people and community.

First Friday in Multnomah Village is a monthly celebration of the small, locally owned businesses that give the district its character. Shops and galleries stay open later than usual offering special promotions, live music, and activities that invite you to wander, discover, and keep it local.

We’ll also be collecting non-perishable food and new hygiene items to benefit Positive Charge Donate + enter for a chance to win a gift card to a favorite local biz of your choosing.
