Join us for a casual fireside gathering of great people, good times and doing good. Whether you love them golden, gourmet, or not at all it's a a fun a low-key way to wrap up the week with cool people and community.

First Friday in Multnomah Village is a monthly celebration of the small, locally owned businesses that give the district its character. Shops and galleries stay open later than usual offering special promotions, live music, and activities that invite you to wander, discover, and keep it local.

We’ll also be collecting non-perishable food and new hygiene items to benefit Positive Charge Donate + enter for a chance to win a gift card to a favorite local biz of your choosing.

The challenge of filling this adorable, yet petite space in the heart of with as much JOY as possible has been met by the one and only Petie of !

Not only did she have it up and running in less than a week, she pulled off delivery of and thoughtful gifts to two corners of our community via this super fun that is open for just a few days. If you haven't stopped in yet, or if something caught your eye that is calling your name, be sure to pop back in while you can!

Our hearts are heavy as we watch the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles unfold. Lives have been upended, cherished homes reduced to ashes, and entire communities displaced. It’s a stark reminder of just how precious the concept of “home” truly is—not just the walls and roof that shelter us, but the sense of belonging, safety, and connection that defines our communities.

For those of us in real estate, the idea of home is at the center of everything we do. It’s where life happens—where we share meals, celebrate milestones, and build memories. To see so many lose that sanctuary is deeply heartbreaking.

Yet, in the face of this devastation, the strength and resilience of community are shining brightly. First responders, volunteers, and organizations are stepping up, risking their own safety and dedicating their resources to help those in need.
