What happened??

Zillow Group stock has taken a nose dive and shows no sign of letting up. Down 50% or so.

Zillow went from selling ads to you when you came to their site to look at Realtor listings to buying houses from you. The snag was paying too much for the houses and taking on all repairs too.

It doesn't take a genius to figure out that you could do that with one or two homes BUT thousands? No.

On top of that, they, like the rest of us can't get a new shower head, sheet of plywood or garbage disposal until next year. Now they are stuck with 1,000's of homes that are not financeable, are over priced and have a lot of overhead.

It's a sticky-wicket for sure.
