What's the Bark Yard Difference?
With playgroups of 6 dogs (or less!), dogs aren't JUST playing.
Under the watchful eye of an involved, trained counselor, dogs are encouraged to practice
polite play
effective communication
and gently taught not to practice "rude" dog behavior.
This is why many of our parents (even the ones who do NO training with us at all...) express shock that their dog's behavior is actually getting better just from attending daycare with us.
"My husband and I just recently rescued our first puppy, Daisy.
She had some issues with socializing with other dogs, and it was breaking our hearts that she had no dog friends! She is incredibly sweet and gentle with everyone she meets. We knew putting her in a large group day care setting was going to set her up for failure.
After researching our local dog day cares, The Bark Yard seemed like the right fit for Daisy.
I reached out and the owner, Britt, was super responsive and answered any question I had.
We got Daisy enrolled and we are so happy we did! Every time I drop her off, she can not wait to go to day care and play with all of her friends! Britt lets me know how she is doing and shares pictures from her day. Daisy always comes home happy and exhausted.
She is so much better with other dogs now, and I truly have Britt and staff to thank for this incredible transformation.
I highly recommend The Bark Yard. Thank you for taking such great care of our puppy. We wouldnโt trust anyone else with her!"
