My interest in Real Estate began in college while traveling along Illinois back roads and through small towns noticing the old farm houses and turn of the century properties along the way. I loved to imagine the property when it was first developed, who lived there and how it evolved over years to adapt to modern living. ll have an important mark in our history and a story to tell. Historic properties continue to be a passion of mine in Real Estate today. Licensed in 2015 I've had the opportunity to work on two high producing Real Estate teams in the Portland market and learn how to effectively represent buyers and sellers with their single biggest investment; their HOME! From the first time homebuyer to the savvy investor I pride myself in my ability to listen to my client's needs and wants in order to provide the service and guidance they need to achieve their Real Estate goals. After living 15 years in the Portland area I moved to Salem in early 2020. I live with my husband in a custom built mid-century home that was designed and built by EJ & Shirley Harm in 1969. My free time during the Spring/Summer is spent working in the yard/garden or taking a drive in my underappreciated 90’s cars. During the winter I stay warm in the kitchen cooking and baking my way through the cooler/wetter months. Last week, my buyers and I were able to put together a strategic offer that came out on top of three others for this whimsical 1935 stucco Bungalow.

We made offers on other a couple other homes previously that weren't accepted but they agree this is hands down the best of them all!

We're working through the inspections now and hopefully on to the appraisal process next week!

I can't wait to hand them keys to their first home! 🏡 🗝
