Okay friends...it's been awhile. And that's because y'all are keeping me busy! Well that along with some interior remodeling projects going on over at our place. Finally getting to see the light at the end of the tunnel over here but hopefully not with my biz.

I don't know about all this doom and gloom real estate market talk...rising interest rates, buyers being scared, sellers not wanting to sell, etc. because my last 3 deals were all pending within a week with some having multiple offers. I guess when you still have a shortage of home inventory and strong buyer demand it ends up helping the market weather some of the other factors at play.

Speaking of weather...who is over the cold and snow? I don't know about you...but I'm ready for Spring! 🌷
