✨ Celebrating Lily ✨
Yesterday, we drove to Pacific City to celebrate a very special young woman.
Lily graduated from high school. 🎓❤️
That’s a tremendous accomplishment for anyone, but for Lily, it was the equivalent of climbing a mountain.
I first met Lily 12 years ago when her mom, Lisa, pulled into my brokerage parking lot after moving from Washington to Oregon. I walked over to greet them and immediately saw a radiant smile beaming from the back seat. In that instant, I fell in love with that little girl.
Over the years, I had the privilege of helping Lisa and Lily find their first home in Portland, and later helping them sell it as they embarked on new adventures. While real estate brought us together, what grew from that first meeting became something far more meaningful—a friendship and connection I will always treasure. ❤️
Lily has Rett Syndrome. If you’re unfamiliar with Rett Syndrome, I encourage you to learn more. What Lily has overcome in her life is nothing short of extraordinary.
And then there’s Lisa.
I have never witnessed a fiercer advocate, a more courageous mother, or a more devoted champion. Watching Lisa and Lily navigate challenges, celebrate victories, find joy, laugh often, and embrace life with such grace has been one of the greatest honors of my life.
Their story is a reminder that strength comes in many forms. That courage isn’t always loud. That love can move mountains.
So today, please raise a glass to Lily. 🥂✨

To her beautiful spirit.
To her resilience.
To the countless lives she inspires simply by being herself.
Lily, thank you for making this world brighter. We are so proud of you, and we are grateful beyond words to have you and Lisa in our lives.
