We hope everyone has a fun and safe Labor Day weekend! Just a reminder we will be flushing our hydrants next week. We had to adjust the schedule and we will be flushing on Wednesday, September 9, Thursday September 10, and Friday, September 11, starting t 9a until 5:00p daily.

Email updates for September will be going out Tuesday. Email communications come from a DO NOT REPLY email tag. If you do not receive it by Wednesday morning, please call or email the office.

Hello Residents,

We would like to inform you that construction on the main boulevard and community entrance is scheduled to begin on August 5, 2026. The project is expected to take approximately three days. If construction extends beyond that timeframe, we will provide an update with a revised schedule.

During construction, the main boulevard will be closed to all traffic from the community welcome sign to the clubhouse. Residents should use the designated alternate route to access the main entrance. Map is attached to this email to show 2 alternative routes along with area that is restricted.

There may also be temporary closures of the exit lane to Grand River throughout the project. Construction Flag Workers will be on site daily from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. to help direct traffic safely. After work hours, please use caution when traveling through the exit area, as the roadway may have uneven surfaces or bumps until the final layer of pavement is applied.

For everyone's safety, please avoid all construction zones and stay clear of equipment and work crews.

If you have any questions or concerns, please stop by the office.
