This was our first flip we've ever done. It took us about 2 months to fully complete this project. We did everything from replace the floors in the bathrooms, flooring downstairs, and all the carpet on the 2nd level, to installing granite in the kitchen, all bathrooms, repaint the whole interior (including kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities), replacing some siding, updating lighting to LED, all wall plates, installing new light fixtures, baseboards, doors, and so much more.

With the help of MOVE Real Estate Group, this house is going up on the market 2nd week of August 2018. Updates will be posted as they happen.
