The Smithsonian is moving forward with the Revitalization of the Castle. Renovation of the Castle is expected to begin in 2021, preceded by several supporting projects to temporarily relocate visitor services and consolidate office space. The Castle is likely to be closed for four years. BPA will be providing building envelope commissioning services on this project.

The Smithsonian Institution South Mall Campus Master Plan Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and Section 106 public website provides access to the Smithsonian’s documentation of the NEPA environmental assessment process for the South Mall Campus Master Plan.

Last month classes commenced at the new Morse High School. BPA providing building envelope commissioning services for this new structure. We are proud to support Maine schools.

The West Education Campus is located in Northwest Washington DC. Construction is moving along. BPA is providing building envelope commissioning services for this DCPS construction project.

AC Dudley has been awarded the contract to build the Edward Little High School in Auburn. BPA will be part of the commissioning services team and will be providing building envelope commissioning services on this project.

The Standish contractor was the lowest of two bidders on the project which has the highest price tag for a new high school in the state's history; the other bidder was Landry/French.
