Self-serving (but true) tip of the day: Best day to go to an open house is a rainy day. You can see standing water and other wet behavior and there are fewer buyers so if you make an offer you have less competition. Good meeting for the Martinazzi Woods Tualatin Community Involvememt Organization CIO.
-Violent crime is shockingly low. No stranger violence in last couple of years in the CIO (some reported domestic violence
-Martinazzi sewer will be more than double capacity and replace a 50 year old pipe.
- We heard what Tualatin city engineering and city council are working on.
Bad news for us In-mouth fans. Council decided drive through won’t work at the Bridgeport Village Inn site that In-n-Out bought. Drive throughs are now banned there.
