On my morning walk the other day I noticed some new rocks around a bend in the the Chieftain/Dakota Greenway trail. Keeps the nearby vegetation from impending on the trail and I am sure it helps with drainage. Nice work Tualatin Parks!

In July 2026, inventory in months and in number of Active Listings is down from 2025. Prices still flat year over year. Pending sales down slightly from 2025 and down seasonally from June. Closed sales up from 2025 and down seasonally from June. It all paints a picture of a Portland market still stronger than 2025 but trending toward the levels of 2025.
