This one was a process (11 months start to finish) but we got it done..

My team and I repositioned the home after the new year 2026 and the market picked back up and we were pending late February 2026. A couple hiccups along the way but we closed this one today!

Congratulations to my clients Levi and Micaela on their first home purchase in Gresham, OR.
