CLOSED! 🎉

This one was a process (11 months start to finish) but we got it done..

My team and I repositioned the home after the new year 2026 and the market picked back up and we were pending late February 2026. A couple hiccups along the way but we closed this one today!

Whether it's positioning a home to receive multiple offers the first weekend on the market or if endurance is the name of the game on a slower market with a unique floorplan Mazur Homes NW is here every step of the way.
